The Penang state government has permitted the state veterinary department to kill all stray dogs within the state, while pets are also to be subject to strict controls.
Despite claims from Taylor's and the National Service Department that they did not authorise their buses to be used as a mode of transportation for the "red shirts" rally, many questions remain unanswered on how the buses ended up at the rally.
Following all the criticisms on the recently held "red shirts" rally, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has asserted that the rally was merely to show support for the ruling government.
