By now, little needs to be said of the worsening flood situation in the East Coast. The number of people evacuated in the four flood-hit states of Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang and Perak stood at 103,649 as of this morning, Bernama reported. And while the floodwaters are receding in a few districts, others have worsened.

In times like these, let's all help our brothers and sisters in Pantai Timur. You can help by donating basic necessities - food supplies (rice, cooking oil, sugar, instant noodles), drinking water and clothes. Items like candles, torchlights and batteries as well as blankets will also be needed, so be generous. We've done our part. Take care, all; our thoughts are with you.
