Honda Beat aside, Asimo has to be the cutest Honda ever built. The company's bipedal humanoid robot never fails to bring cheer wherever it goes, and even US President Barack Obama falls for its charms here.

In this video by AP, Asimo greeted Obama at the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation (Miraikan) in Tokyo. The lil' fella greeted POTUS in English. "Mr President, I am Asimo, a humanoid robot. It is a pleasure to meet you," it said. The robot then demonstrated some of its signature moves including running, kicking a ball and jumping.

Asimo also expressed his future goal to the President "I keep training every day so that someday in the future I can help people in their homes," it added. Honda is conducting robotics research for the purpose of creating robots that help people while coexisting with humans in society.

Since its introduction in 2000, Asimo has met VIPs from various countries, but this was the first time it got to meet a US President. Obama is currently on an Asia tour, and will be in Malaysia this weekend.
