Here's a piece of good news. Formula 1 living legend Michael Schumacher is no longer in a coma, and has left the Grenoble hospital where he has been warded since December last year. Schumi, 45, will continue rehabilitation at an undisclosed location, his family said in a statement.
"Michael has left the CHU Grenoble to continue his long phase of rehabilitation. He is not in a coma anymore. For the future we ask for understanding that his further rehabilitation will take place away from the public eye," Schumacher's manager, Sabine Kehm, said in a statement on behalf of the F1 great's family.
Schumacher was skiing off-piste with his son in the French Alps in December last year when he fell and hit his head against a rock. The German suffered a severe head injury with coma on arrival at Grenoble. We wish him a speedy recovery!
