UMW Toyota has officially opened its latest 3S centre in Langkawi, Kedah. The facility sits on two acres of land with a built-up area of more than 26,000 square feet and is capable of displaying up to 3 cars in its showroom.
Other facilities include a customer lounge with WiFi internet facilities and 12 service bays with a maximum capacity of 30 vehicles a day. The centre employs a total of 20 staff members, operating under Mr. Teh Kian Hui, the branch manager and Mr. Mohd Hilmi Rahmat, Manager of Customer Service Operations.
"Langkawi sales outlet has been expanded as the after-sales service has now moved to this new facility. We have spent close to RM10 million to set up these new facilities in order to deliver our brand promise and Toyota Quality Experience (TQE) to our customers. UMW Toyota Motor is constantly raising standards on dependability, reliability and customer satisfaction which is part of our commitment to quality", said Datuk Ismet Suki, President of UMW Toyota Motor.
The centre also offers Lexus Service Support (LSS), which will offer the convenience in operating basic services and minor repairs.
