Proton posted this video up to their Facebook fan page which demonstrates the safety features that the new Proton Compact Car comes with.

Remember our spy photos and video of the Proton Compact Car being tested in a winter climate country? Well, it looks like this video was recorded there. It was also through those spyshots that we realised the Proton Compact Car would be available with stability control.

What we didn't know at that time is that stability control would be standard, even on the cheapest variant. Stability control is a vital feature that we hope will get a higher adoption rate in cars under RM100k in Malaysia. The video above shows how the PCC behaves in the snow with stability control turned on and off.

Other than stability control features demonstrated are ABS, Hill Hold Assist, and Traction Control.
