Infiniti has unveiled a special edition Q70 at the Concours d'Elegance, California's finest motorshow. Called the Infiniti Q70 Premium Select Edition, the distinctive vehicle took the stage at the Infiniti Pavilion - a high-tech showcase display dedicated especially for the brand. Randy Parker, vice president of Infiniti America says it's an "extra touch of elegance."
The limited edition Q70 will feature on its exterior, trim in a dark chrome finishing along with a black lower rear bumper in addition to that, a rear decklid spoiler that also goes round the back. The Q70 Premium Select also gets fitted with new 20-inch aluminium alloy wheels, wrapped with 245/40 R 20 all-weather performance tyres as standard.
On the inside, updates to the interior are kept minimal but noticeable especially to Q70 admirers, it gets an aluminium trim, so you can expect something less gloomy at that, additionally one can choose Graphite or Stone semi-aniline leather as their choice of seating material, a skin-soothing suede-like headliner as well as illuminated kick plates and floor mats with contrasting piping.
Q70's that get "Premium Selected" will have no changes done to the engines, and will only apply to the following variants with a 3.7 litre V6 with Variable Valve Event & Lift unit with 320 hp / 360 Nm or and the 5.6 litre V8 engine with 405 hp and 560 Nm of torque (the latter is not available in our Q70s, only the QX80 behemoth). It will be available for purchase in US showrooms from November onwards.
