This heavily camouflaged vehicle is believed to be the facelifted Hyundai Genesis. Apparently, Hyundai has introduced a new rear-wheel-drive platform with an all-wheel-drive system too. Nonetheless, reports suggest that the Genesis will have a twin-turbocharged V6 engine in 2017 or 2018 as well.

A new bumper is quite evident on this vehicle, which features an opening below the front grille, and we can clearly see an intercooler, but the rest of the heavy camouflage indicates that there might be quite a variety of visual updates that could be in the works.

Rumours are that some styling cues from the Vision G concept could be featured within this next evolution of the Genesis product line as it builds a 'family of future premium products."

Interestingly, there are reports suggesting that a future engine upgrade could be the real star of the show, as it would have performance akin to the current 420hp 5.0 litre V8 that is in the current Genesis model. A 390hp rated 3.3 litre unit may be in the offing, and it could be the kind of power plant that first had its debut at the 2011 Frankfurt Auto Show, in the Kia GT concept.
