Here it is, the first clear shot of the 2015 Honda Civic Type R. Apparently leaked through Honda Poland, the picture shows the new 280-300 hp VTEC TURBO hero alongside the facelifted Civic and Civic Tourer.
Pictured in red, the new Type R sure looks the part. With a deep black front bodykit, squared-off wheelarch extensions, 19-inch wheels and a pronounced rear spoiler out back, you won't mistake it for a standard Civic, surely.
As been said before, the 270 km/h hot hatch is set to be unveiled in full at the Geneva Motor Show later this week. We'll have a man on the ground there to bring you live photos of this Type R revival. We can't wait. Can you?
