Perodua-Sentral-PJ

Perodua's flagship one-stop 3S (sales, service and spare parts) centre in Section 19, Petaling Jaya opens its doors for business today. The new facility, called Perodua Sentral, acts as a new benchmark for the brand as it focuses on seamless sales and after-sales operations for the convenience of customers.

"This new outlet will set a new standard and benchmark for all our other outlets in the country with focus on delighting our customers. It will be a 'game changer' as we continue to strengthen our brand and position in the domestic market while increasing our visibility in the regional footprint," said Datuk Aminar Rashid Salleh, Perodua's president and CEO.

"Perodua Sentral is a new beginning, a new transformation for Perodua as we work to delight our customers on a personal level from the very moment he or she enters our gates. This facility will also have Perodua's very own cafe within the showroom, which will feature a signature dish for anyone who wishes to stop by and visit us," he added.

The impressive looking structure, which cost almost RM40 million to build, has two basement parking levels (184 bays), a sales showroom, 37 service bays, two floors for sales and after-sales operations and another floor for events. P2 is now working to replicate this flagship centre in selected regions.

Malaysia's market leader recently reported first quarter sales that jumped 30% year-on-year, and highest ever monthly sales in March. The strong performance was fuelled by strong demand for the Axia, which has collected over 100,000 bookings since mid-August 2014.
