The names of the teams competing in the second season of the FIA Formula E Championship have been confirmed, and there are some changes.
The inaugural teams' champion e.dams-Renault will now be known as Renault e.Dams in deference to the French marque's status as an official manufacturer in the all-electric race series, Citroen's upscale brand DS has linked up with Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Racing team, while German group Schaeffler has joined ABT Audi. No more Amlin in Aguri, too. The complete entry list is as follows:
ABT Schaeffler Audi Sport
Andretti Formula E Team
Dragon Racing
DS Virgin Racing Formula E Team
Mahindra Racing Formula E Team
NEXTEV TCR Formula E Team
Renault e.Dams
Team Aguri
Trulli Formula E Team
Venturi Formula E Team

The renamed teams will make their public debuts at the first official pre-season test at Donington Park on August 10. The season starts on October 17 in Beijing, before heading to Malaysia's administrative capital Putrajaya for the second race.
There will be 11 races in total, hosted by 10 cities. Paris is a new destination, while London will host two races, as per the inaugural season, which was won by Nelson Piquet Jr (by a point from fellow ex-F1 driver Sébastien Buemi) and Renault e.Dams.
